We guarantee the safety and proven quality of all our products, and thus we offer you the following certified warranties:

  • 5 years for shower screens.
  • 5 years for PanElle wall cladding.
  • 5 years CareTec® Pro easy cleaning.
  • 10 years CareTec® Pro protection against glass corrosion.
  • 10 years of original spare parts or 100% proven equivalents.

Warranty conditions

We only employ high-quality, long-lasting materials for our products. Nevertheless, there are some components that undergo wear and tear such as shower door sealing strips, bottom sweeps and anything likely to suffer from deterioration due to their usage. Therefore, these parts need to be replaced periodically. Neither wear and tear of the shower screen parts, nor an improper maintenance of the product are covered by the warranty.
